We are happy to announce that the CENTERA article titled: “Roadmap of Terahertz Imaging 2021” has been selected as an MDPI “Editor’s Choice Article”.

The Editor’s Choice Articles are selected by our Editors-in-Chief as noteworthy or likely to be of high interest to readers and comprise key papers that highlight some of the best current research published in Sensors.

We are proud to inform that the joint proposal between Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS (represented by CENTERA Laboratories), Warsaw University of Technology (the formal coordinator) and Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics, with strategic support from Goethe University Frankfurt and IEMN Lille, submitted under Horizon Europe call ‘Teaming for Excellence’, has been awarded Seal of Excellence and is recommended for funding from national sources.

 

 

 

Professor Wojciech Knap took part in the “THz physics and technologies” session during the celebration of the 50th anniversary of IHPP PAS on 8th October this year.

CENTERA also presented its achievements during the poster session with the poster “Revolution in THz world”.

Leaders of CENTERA research groups: 3, 4, and 5 – prof. Alvydas Lisauskas, prof. Dmytry Lyubchenko and prof. Tomasz Skotnicki prepared posters for the 4th Interdisciplinary FNP Conference, which took place at the National Stadium on October 6-7 this year.

Prof. Wojciech Knap, the project leader and the winner of the ERC grant, appeared in the expert panel “How to succeed in ERC – FNP grantees’ perspective”

Our colleague MsC Ivan Yahniuk successfully defended his thesis and became the new CENTERA Ph.D.
