Next award for PhD Aleksandra Krajewska from CENTERA

We proudly announce that our talented colleague PhD Aleksandra Krajewska won the award in the FNP START competition. Ola, a talented CENTERA researcher was recognized for her activities in the field of materials science and received a fellowship. Since 1993, scholarships have been awarded to researchers up to 30 years old for their achievements documented by patents and publications in prestigious national and foreign scientific magazines.

Congratulations and we wish Ola further successes!

The breakthrough of the University of California and CENTERA.

The University of California, Riverside website announced that in a breakthrough report published in Advanced Materials—the top journal in the field— engineers at the University of California, Riverside describe a flexible film using a quasi-one-dimensional nanomaterial filler that combines excellent electromagnetic shielding with ease of manufacture. The results were amazing: no electric conductivity but more than 99.99% of EMI shielding for micrometer thick films. Our researchers Sergey Rumiantcev, Yevhen Yashchyshyn, Grzegorz Cywinski and Konrad Godziszewski took part in the researches.
