Ph.D. eng. Piotr Wiśniewski received his degree from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2020. In 2013 he had a 6 month internship at IMEC Belgium where he was working on plasma processing of advanced CMOS devices. He is currently associated with Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT, Warsaw University of Technology and also with the Center for Terahertz Research and Applications (CENTERA) at the Institute of High-Pressure Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences. His research interests include physics and modeling of semiconductor devices with emphasis on problems related to quantum-mechanical phenomena as well as solid-state technology.
