PhD Ivan Yahniuk has recently defended his thesis at IHPP PAS. He received his master degree in Semiconductor Physics from Faculty of Electronics in Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2013. He is currently working аs a researcher in Terahertz Laboratory (TeraGaN) NL-11 at the Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and in the Laboratory of Cryogenic and Spintronic Research (SL2) at the Institute of Physics, Warsaw, Poland.
His main scientific interests are: physics of semiconductor devices, computer hardware, high pressure, topological materials.
